Handling COVID-19 isolation

Some people have difficulty coping with the isolation forced upon us during this difficult time. Here are some tips on how to make life more bearable.

  1. Make use of video calls on your smart phone or tablet to see the faces of your friends or remote loved ones.
  2. Make a start on that project you’ve kept putting off because you were always too busy.
  3. If you’re reasonably tech-savvy, play online games such as chess or Scrabble.
  4. Start a small herb or veggie garden, or experiment with some new food recipes.
